Choose the right unit size

15sq ft

This storage unit is perfect for students and people, who would like to store a couple of boxes. It’s the size of a large cupboard, ideal for storing cardboard boxes, tools, 2 hatchback loads, or a chest of drawers.

20sq ft.

This is your walk-in cupboard. You can freely store large cardboard boxes, tools, 4 hatchback loads or even a sofa!

30sq ft.

Imagine this unit being the size of a garden shed. You can securely store your motorbike, so you know that it’s in safe hands, tools, 6 hatchback loads, or store your 2 sofas that you don’t have space for in your home.

40sq ft.

Same as 30sq ft, it’s the size of a small garden shed, but this time you can store a couple of motorbikes, tools, 9 hatchback loads, or 4 sofas.

50sq ft.

Plenty of space for a couple of dirt bikes, tools, 10 hatchback loads or 5 sofas.

60sq ft.

Living in a studio flat? All of your belongings can fit the sizes of 10  bikes, 13 hatchback loads, or 6 sofas.

70sq ft.

This space is the same as a large van. Store all your flat items, which are the sizes of 12 bikes, 15 hatchback loads, or 7 sofas.

80sq ft.

This is a storage space, which is the equivalent load to a Luton van. It can store up to 80 medium-sized boxes or 8 sofas.

90 sq ft.

The size of a small garage or 5-tonne lorry. You can freely store your items from your 2-bed flat, 25 hatchback loads, or 10 sofas. It’s up to you!

100sq ft.

This is your single-car garage. Ideal, if you are renovating your 2 bedroom flat or garage. Perfect storage for mattresses, a table, chairs, a sofa, and hatchback loads.

140sq ft

Living in a 3-bed house? 140sq ft unit is offering you enough space for your 3-bed house contents. 32 hatchback loads or 15 sofas.

160sq ft.

Think large, it’s the size of a 7.5-tonne lorry! It’s plenty of space for the contents of a 4-bed house, 36 hatchback loads, or 17 sofas.

Think smart

When booking a storage unit you have to give attention to many factors. If you won't need to access your storage container often and the only items that you are storing are the ones that you don't need, then you don't need storage with walking space. However, if you intend to visit your self-storage frequently, then choose a bigger size, because you will need a walking space to move around your items.
